Apollo Neuro Review: Help for PTSD and Sleep Issues in Aledo
Sleep disruption is a major factor when you’re dealing with PTSD, and I am no stranger to night terrors and sleepless nights. I’ve been tracking my overall sleep, deep sleep, REM sleep, and HRV for years now. I used to get 2-3 hours of sleep per night, with 0-25 minutes of deep sleep. Since I added Apollo Neuro to my nighttime routine, I regularly get 6-7 hours sleep, with 1+ hours of deep sleep. The positive effects of wearing the Apollo Neuro seem to have increased over time–I didn’t go to 7 hours of sleep the very first night.
Wearing the Apollo Neuro has changed the quality and duration of my sleep over time. It is now one of the regular “tools in my toolbox” for living well with PTSD.
